• Provide second-tier support for client escalations and maintain a culture of accountability

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator
• Strong technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based software
• Reliable, high-speed home internet connection
• Demonstrated mastery of "Recipe for Success" tools and principles for current employees
• Previous management or leadership experience is a plus
