Job Summary
Leading the technical execution of a government agency's web environment, the full-time Lead Web Content Developer will manage modernization efforts, oversee site performance and accessibility, and provide hands-on leadership across Drupal and .NET platforms in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical execution for agency Internet and Intranet website support and modernization activities
- Oversee technical aspects of agency websites, including performance, capacity, responsiveness, and ability to support expected traffic
- Coordinate integration work involving Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2 while managing technical staff and contract requirements
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years of .NET experience
- At least 5+ years of Drupal experience with hands-on full-stack development expertise
- Demonstrated experience functioning as a team lead in a federal government context
- Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance for accessible federal websites
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field
