Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provides daily guidance and training to WM Cares representatives
- Handles customer escalations and monitors real-time performance of channels
- Maintains customer service reports and acts as a liaison between teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (accredited)
- 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or 1 year as a Waste Management Team Lead I
- Must have no disciplinary actions within the last 90 days and meet performance expectations
- Proficient in call center operations, MS Office, Salesforce, and MAS
- Must reside within 50 miles of specified CE locations
