Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides daily guidance and training to WM Cares representatives
  • Handles customer escalations and monitors real-time performance of channels
  • Maintains customer service reports and acts as a liaison between teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or 1 year as a Waste Management Team Lead I
  • Must have no disciplinary actions within the last 90 days and meet performance expectations
  • Proficient in call center operations, MS Office, Salesforce, and MAS
  • Must reside within 50 miles of specified CE locations
