Lead Workday Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build Workday Extend applications and integrations in the HCM space
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions
• Contribute to architecture discussions and provide input on integration approach and Extend build patterns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
• Advanced experience with Workday Extend (custom applications, API integrations)
• Strong experience with Workday Studio integrations
• Solid understanding of HCM functional areas (at least one: Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance Management)
