Lead Workday Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing IT team, the full-time remote Lead Workday Engineer will manage the configuration and integration of Workday applications, ensuring effective solutions and enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations using specialized development tools
- Complete requests from start to finish, including gathering requirements, testing, and support
- Lead the intake and distribution of integration service requests, ensuring timely resolution based on expertise and workload
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience in ERP, HRIS, or financial reporting systems
- 4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio and EIBs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and training
- Experience in Workday configuration, integration, and advanced reporting
- Workday Pro Certification preferred but not required
