Lead Workday Financials Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a hands-on subject-matter expert, the Lead Workday Financials Analyst will focus on design, configuration, and ongoing support of financial systems in a full-time role within a healthcare environment, collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders to optimize financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support the Workday Financials environment while leading enhancements and optimizing financial workflows
• Partner with finance and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
• Strengthen governance and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency across the organization

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of overall Workday experience
• 3-5+ years supporting Workday Financials in a post-implementation environment
• Proven hands-on configuration ownership with experience in optimization projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Experience in gathering business requirements and supporting the entire configuration lifecycle
