Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of HRIS experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and compliance needs
• Proficiency in Workday business process configuration, reporting, and integrations
• Experience with data governance and maintaining compliance standards in HR systems
