Lead Workday Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer, Workday (HCM, Recruiting & Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-complexity solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits
• Lead a team of configurators to support Workday modules, ensuring effective platform performance
• Design complex automation workflows and integrations to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience with HR platforms (Workday) and 4 years in functional configuration or integration tasks
• 5+ years of experience working with APIs (REST or SOAP) and understanding of Workday Studio
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Preferred certifications in Workday or Workday Pro for HCM, Recruiting, or Benefits
