A company is looking for a Lead Workday Systems Analyst to join their team remotely in the US.

Responsibilities:

Lead HR system projects and initiatives, focusing on Time, Time Off, Absence, and Payroll
Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements and system enhancements
Ensure data integrity, develop reports, and deliver analytic solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, HR, or Business, or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of successful HRIS experience, including a lead role in HRIS implementation
Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM, Time, Time Off, Absence & Payroll functionality
Advanced reporting capability and report writing experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
