Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Workday Systems Analyst to join their team remotely in the US.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR system projects and initiatives, focusing on Time, Time Off, Absence, and Payroll
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements and system enhancements
  • Ensure data integrity, develop reports, and deliver analytic solutions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, HR, or Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of successful HRIS experience, including a lead role in HRIS implementation
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM, Time, Time Off, Absence & Payroll functionality
  • Advanced reporting capability and report writing experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
