Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Zendesk Administrator to serve as the primary strategic stakeholder for their Member Services application ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI agent workflows within Zendesk to enhance operational efficiency
- Own the administration and reliability of the Zendesk platform, ensuring strong configuration governance
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, translating operational needs into scalable system requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration, with expert-level knowledge of Zendesk
- Proven experience in building production-grade AI agents and evaluating AI vendors
- Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional tasks for system launches and migrations
- Proficiency in driving continuous improvement methodologies, with Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred
- Deep understanding of platform system changes and their impacts within a healthcare environment
