Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Zendesk Administrator to serve as the primary strategic stakeholder for their Member Services application ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI agent workflows within Zendesk to enhance operational efficiency
  • Own the administration and reliability of the Zendesk platform, ensuring strong configuration governance
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, translating operational needs into scalable system requirements
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration, with expert-level knowledge of Zendesk
  • Proven experience in building production-grade AI agents and evaluating AI vendors
  • Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional tasks for system launches and migrations
  • Proficiency in driving continuous improvement methodologies, with Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of platform system changes and their impacts within a healthcare environment
