Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leader Development Senior Manager to shape the future of leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a leader development framework aligning with core values and objectives
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to integrate leader development practices and resources
• Oversee leadership development events and evaluate their effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of ministry experience, with missions familiarity preferred
• Training and/or certification in Lead-Develop-Care framework preferred
• Training and/or certification in Coaching preferred
• Understanding and adherence to the organization's Statement of Faith and values
