Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Central Operations (Leadership Capability Coach).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and mature Obeya across value streams and coach T2 leaders
• Train and coach T3 leaders in facilitation, problem-solving, and behavioral routines
• Support value stream alignment in Obeya by connecting upstream/downstream issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in coaching, leadership development, continuous improvement, or operational excellence roles
• Deep experience with PDCA, team coaching, and leadership routines
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive behavior adoption
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Lean, Shingo, Kata coaching, or systems thinking is a strong plus
