Job Summary

To support a growing network of professionals, the remote contract Leadership Coach will deliver personalized 1:1 coaching, focusing on leadership capabilities and team performance across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized 1:1 leadership coaching to professionals across a range of industries
• Support clients in developing core leadership capabilities and create actionable development plans
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure coaching goals align with client needs

Required qualifications

• Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited program, plus 10+ years of management experience (or an MBA with 20+ years of senior leadership experience)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience coaching managers, leaders, and high-potential professionals
• Expertise in leadership development, team performance, and conflict management
• Client testimonials or references that reflect the impact of coaching work
