Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant - Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of leadership development and effectiveness programs across the organization
  • Develop and manage leadership development programs for mid- and senior-level leaders, including event management and program analysis
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to design and implement programs based on business insights and data-driven metrics


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
  • 8-10+ years of related experience in learning, consulting, or program management roles focused on organizational effectiveness
  • Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs across the enterprise
  • Expert facilitation skills with experience in various group settings
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and digital learning strategies
