Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative leadership development experiences
- Conduct needs analysis and craft multi-stage development programs
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent development strategies with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of related professional experience in adult learning and development, business consulting, project management, performance improvement, or change management
- OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of related professional experience
- Experience designing rotational programs or large-scale talent solutions is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business initiatives into developmental milestones
- Proficient in coordinating with senior leaders with diverse perspectives
