Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Leadership Development Principal Curriculum Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and create content for leadership development to enhance skills for GTM Leaders
• Create and manage end-to-end programs and projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Design and deliver training content, digital assets, and workshops for professional development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM function or related areas
• Experience in facilitation, coaching, business communication, or project management
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for program management
• People management experience is preferred
