Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and outcomes of the Leadership Development team, ensuring fellows develop into effective advocates and leaders
• Manage and develop a high-performing Leadership Development team, providing direction, coaching, and accountability
• Set the strategic direction for campaign partnerships and lead the design of a comprehensive fellowship learning experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of management experience with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Experience in designing or leading leadership development programs or educational curricula
• Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
• Knowledge of or commitment to learning about the anti-factory farming movement
• Strong strategic leadership and operational skills for executing complex programs
