Leadership Development Executive

Job Summary

To advance leadership initiatives, the full-time salaried Leadership Development Executive will manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs remotely, fostering women's leadership within the organization and society.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plan
• Develop and implement clear leadership pathways and training resources for members at all levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to create engaging leadership development opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development and program implementation
• Experience coordinating multiracial and multicultural projects, particularly in leadership and women's gatherings
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
