Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Leadership Development Facilitator in France.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership and selection/interviewing skills development programs using provided materials
• Conduct sessions for various audiences, including individual contributors and leaders at different levels
• Maintain communication with the account team before and after session delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or advanced degree
• Fluency in both French and English
• 3+ years of experience in delivering training and leadership development courses
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
