Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Leadership Development Instructional Design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals
  • Design and develop comprehensive leadership development programs and learning materials
  • Manage the project life cycle of instructional design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer with a portfolio in Leadership Development programs
  • Proven experience in designing a variety of learning solutions across different modalities
  • Understanding of leadership theories and best practices
  • Proficiency in course development software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred
