Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Leadership Development Instructional Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals
- Design and develop comprehensive leadership development programs and learning materials
- Manage the project life cycle of instructional design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer with a portfolio in Leadership Development programs
- Proven experience in designing a variety of learning solutions across different modalities
- Understanding of leadership theories and best practices
- Proficiency in course development software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred
