Leadership Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Development Manager responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of leadership programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate the vision and strategy for leadership programs targeted at faculty, staff, and medical students
• Oversee the entire program lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals
• Hire, supervise, and mentor program staff while managing project teams and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; preferred fields include Education, Organizational Development, or related areas
• 8 - 10 years of related work experience in learning, program management, or leadership development
• 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with healthcare, academic medicine, or nonprofit organizations
• Extensive knowledge of leadership products and services, with a track record of entrepreneurial growth
