Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leader Performance and Development Manager to oversee performance practices for leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of leader performance practices and competency frameworks
- Establish core leadership fundamentals and integrate coaching within performance management practices
- Analyze leader data to identify development needs and improve leadership approaches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organization development, human resources management, or industrial psychology (required)
- Master's degree in organization development, human resources management, or industrial psychology (strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in organization/leadership development
- Experience leading COE and managing complex stakeholder groups (preferred)
- ICF or coaching exposure (certification preferred, not required)
