Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leader Performance and Development Manager to oversee performance practices for leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of leader performance practices and competency frameworks
  • Establish core leadership fundamentals and integrate coaching within performance management practices
  • Analyze leader data to identify development needs and improve leadership approaches
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in organization development, human resources management, or industrial psychology (required)
  • Master's degree in organization development, human resources management, or industrial psychology (strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in organization/leadership development
  • Experience leading COE and managing complex stakeholder groups (preferred)
  • ICF or coaching exposure (certification preferred, not required)
