Job Summary

Focusing on enterprise-wide leadership capability, the full-time Enterprise Leadership Development Manager will design and govern leadership development pathways while contributing to Organizational Change Management efforts, with a hybrid work option available at the Beachwood, OH headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify performance gaps and define learning objectives aligned with leadership development strategies
  • Design and evolve leadership development pathways across various leadership stages, ensuring consistency and alignment with the Eaton Culture Model
  • Embed change leadership principles into development pathways and support the creation of learning assets for effective change management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership development or related fields
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Familiarity with performance analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with change management methodologies, such as Prosci, preferred
