Job Summary
To enhance leadership capabilities within the organization, the full-time salaried Leadership Development Manager will focus on designing and implementing training programs, managing leadership assessments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute leadership training programs tailored to various management levels
- Conduct assessments to identify leadership strengths and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development or organizational development
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs
- Strong understanding of leadership assessment tools and methodologies
- Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders at various levels
