Job Summary

To enhance leadership capabilities within the organization, the full-time salaried Leadership Development Manager will focus on designing and implementing training programs, managing leadership assessments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leadership training programs tailored to various management levels
• Conduct assessments to identify leadership strengths and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with department heads to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in leadership development or organizational development
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs
• Strong understanding of leadership assessment tools and methodologies
• Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders at various levels
