Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Development Program Leader, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional content and materials for leadership programs
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of leadership programs, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the strategic direction of the leadership development portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related area; Master's preferred
• 8 - 10 years of related work experience, with 1-3 years managing a specialized program
• Solid experience in instructional design methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate
