Job Summary
To support the development of future leaders, the remote 2027 IMPACT Leadership Program will provide selected candidates with a two-day virtual event focused on networking, professional development, and showcasing skills, with priority consideration for Summer 2028 internships in various consulting segments.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a two-day virtual leadership program to enhance professional skills and network with industry professionals
- Engage in activities that showcase individual skills and learn about opportunities within FTI Consulting
- Receive mentorship and guidance from a dedicated coach to support professional growth and development
Required qualifications
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or completing a fifth-year master's program with a graduation date between December 2028 - August 2029
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Ability to fully attend both virtual days of programming in March 2027
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship
