Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Leadership Learning Experience Designer will design and develop engaging learning experiences for leaders, utilizing instructional design, visual storytelling, and user-centered design principles to create high-quality digital and in-person learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning and microlearning using authoring tools and AI-assisted platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain design standards and ensure compliance with accessibility and usability best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience designing learning experiences in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate
- Experience publishing content in an LMS/LXP and supporting launch/testing
- Portfolio showcasing learning experience design and visual output
