Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day coordination of enterprise leadership development programs, the full-time remote Leadership Programs Coordinator will ensure a high-quality experience for participants and stakeholders by overseeing program operations, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, attendance tracking, and participant support for in-person and virtual offerings
- Collect and analyze data on program participation and effectiveness, developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities for tools and processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance program delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in learning administration, HR operations, or data analytics in a corporate setting
- Experience with learning systems such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, including live event production and breakout room management
