Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on Director-level hiring in non-technical areas
• Strong client management skills to guide senior leaders through complex search processes
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior candidates
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong project management capabilities
• Expertise in leveraging market intelligence and structured assessments to shape hiring strategies
