Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Recruiting Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead leadership hiring efforts and develop strategies for attracting director+ level talent
• Establish guidelines, implement structure, and create standards for the leadership recruiting process
• Build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates and manage the recruiting process from initial contact to offer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or similar preferred
• 5+ years leadership recruiting/executive search experience in a rapid growth setting
• Previous people leadership experience preferred
• Experience hiring specialized roles and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
• A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place
