Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute research and sourcing strategies for Director-level searches across non-technical functions
• Partner with Leadership Recruiters and business leaders to develop job and candidate profiles
• Deliver high-quality, diverse leadership pipelines and maintain relationships with external senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing and candidate development experience in non-technical functions
• Expertise in talent research, market mapping, and candidate identification
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with recruiting partners and business leaders
• Experience in cultivating diverse pipelines and long-term relationships with leadership candidates
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy in complex searches
