A company is looking for a Lean Healthcare Consultant for a contract role, fully remote and open to candidates nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Lean methodologies to streamline clinical and operational processes
• Utilize P&L expertise to align Lean initiatives with financial objectives
• Collaborate with leadership to implement scalable Lean solutions across facilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in Lean process improvement, with at least 10 years in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L statements with financial improvements through Lean strategies
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, industrial engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or Lean certification preferred
• Expertise in Lean methodologies tailored to healthcare environments
• Experience with healthcare IT systems and data analysis tools is a plus
