Lean Manufacturing Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Manufacturing Excellence Engineering Lead - Lean Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for lean manufacturing techniques
• Lead technical assessments and process capability analyses for suppliers
• Design and implement internal systems to improve productivity and reduce defects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
• Experience in the nuclear or related energy industry is desired
• Professional Certifications such as Lean Six-Sigma or Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) are preferred
