Lean Nuclear Construction Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lean Nuclear Construction Consultant for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement core continuous improvement program elements and lead training across projects
• Oversee construction collaboration tools and drive waste reduction efforts
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for continuous improvement on assigned projects

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Lean Black Belt certification is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in lean construction with proven application of lean tools
• 7-10 years of collective experience in project execution and coordination
• Flexibility to work across various U.S. locations remotely, with occasional travel required
