Job Summary

To enhance operational excellence, the part-time Lean OpEx Instructor will deliver training sessions, develop course materials, and assess participant progress in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on Lean methodologies and operational excellence principles
• Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback to support continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean methodologies and operational excellence
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create effective training programs
• Experience in assessing and evaluating training outcomes
• Relevant certifications in Lean or Six Sigma preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage remote training logistics
