Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lean Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean methodologies across various departments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Design and implement optimized processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce cycle times

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean process improvement, preferably in a public sector or government agency
Proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies in a manufacturing or service environment
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred
Proficient in data analysis and performance measurement using statistical tools and techniques
