Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (ASQ or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of experience leading process improvement projects with a proven track record
• Proficiency in statistical tools, process mapping, and data analytics
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
