Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes and mentor learners on Lean Six Sigma projects
• Help participants build a foundation in Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and operational process improvement
• Facilitate discussions to connect statistical insights with real business scenarios and enhance course delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process improvement or related functions
• Mandatory certifications such as LSSBB or LSSGB from IASSC
• Hands-on expertise with Lean methodologies and Six Sigma frameworks
• Experience leading or mentoring Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable impact
• Strong understanding of quality standards and frameworks
