Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to enhance business infrastructure and performance through process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities using LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
• Develop, manage, and maintain a document repository
• Monitor process improvement projects and facilitate cross-functional project teams to meet deadlines and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare
• Previous knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software
• LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
