Job Summary

Providing overall direction for lean systems infrastructure, the full-time remote Lean Six Sigma Manager will analyze processes, develop operational strategies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehousing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies for operational improvements and measure their effectiveness
• Direct the work of Continuous Improvement Leads while reviewing performance expectations with leadership teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in process improvement
• Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC
