Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Analyst - DoD Programs, the full-time remote position will lead business process improvement initiatives and operational assessments to enhance efficiency across Military Health System facility programs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and operational practices
- Create process maps and documentation to support decision-making and standardization
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to facilitate continuous improvement and performance measurement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence
- Lean Six Sigma Certification and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Experience in complex organizations, particularly in healthcare or federal programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
