Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Process Improvement Lead (Lean Six Sigma).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across utility programs
- Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles
- Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
- Experience supporting regulated or utility environments
