Job Summary
Serving in a strategic capacity, the full-time remote Lean Six Sigma Project Analyst Principal will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes through continuous improvement methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to achieve financial, operational, customer, and employee outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, identifying improvement opportunities and shaping future-state operating models
- Establish and govern continuous improvement standards and tools to ensure consistent execution and visibility of business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare, Operations, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, or project management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
