LEAN Six Sigma Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to enhance business processes using various methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvement activities utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma or similar methodologies
• Support the development and execution of performance improvement projects and facilitate cross-functional improvement teams
• Collect, monitor, and evaluate project key performance metrics and communicate process gaps to upper management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Previous knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software
• LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt and CAPM-PMI certification required; Black Belt or PMP preferred
