• Lead lean transformation and operational excellence initiatives across cell therapy logistics operations
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance process efficiency
• Support digital enablement and develop scalable operating models across the network

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in operational excellence, lean transformation, logistics, supply chain, or process improvement
• Strong background in improving logistics operations in complex business environments
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, cell therapy, or regulated industries preferred
• Demonstrated experience with digital process improvement and scalable operating model development
