Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learn Product Operations Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and evolve the Learn Product Planning in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams
Develop and refine the Rhythm of Business (ROBs) for the product organization identifying key forums, milestones and operational processes
Lead analysis of Product KPIs, metrics and data to track product performance and identify areas for improvement to enable data-informed decisions

Qualifications:

8 - 10 overall years of experience in the field
5 years experience with software lifecycle (PDLC or SDLC)
5 - 8+ years of experience defining and understanding agile processes and methodologies
