Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the learner experience for multiple cohorts, ensuring high satisfaction and graduation rates
• Act as a consultant for instructional teams, addressing course-related needs and managing team communications
• Analyze feedback and manage student engagement to drive continuous improvement and career readiness

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a tech or education field
• 1+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or academic operations
• Experience in a growth environment with strong project management skills
• Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction
• 1+ year experience in a technical role is preferred
