Learner Navigation Specialist

Job Summary

Responding to learner inquiries as the first point of contact, the full-time remote Learner Navigation Specialist will assist learners in finding appropriate resources, ensuring follow-up on concerns, and maintaining knowledge of college services during set working hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM MST.

Key responsibilities

• Answers phone calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and care
• Ensures follow-up and resolution or escalation of learner concerns
• Participates in the implementation of functional projects and provides support during live chats

Required qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; some college from an accredited institution is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Prior experience in higher education is preferred
• Willingness to work evenings as required
