Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate to support and guide learners throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, providing support and encouragement
  • Moderate live sessions, ensuring engagement and logistical support
  • Track and monitor learner progress, identifying at-risk learners and providing necessary guidance

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with CRM and LMS platforms
  • Experience working in a remote-based environment
  • Experience in a startup environment is preferred
  • Experience in education is preferred but not required
