Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate - Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, providing support and guidance through various communication channels
• Engage in weekly live sessions, moderating and managing logistics to enhance learner experience
• Track learner progress and proactively support at-risk learners based on data and engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles
• Solid knowledge of AI technologies and tools such as ChatGPT
• Experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and CRM systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
• Experience in adult learning or online education is preferred
